Welcome, I’m Gonce, a UKCP-accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience.
I offer a warm, supportive space where children, young people, and families can explore emotions, work through challenges, and grow with confidence. Based in Canterbury and London, I provide therapy that is tailored to each individual, always grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect.
The heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship - a space where you or your child can feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. My approach is holistic and compassionate, recognising that every person’s journey is unique. I am particularly passionate about supporting young people in understanding and celebrating who they are, helping them make sense of their emotions, relationships, and identities.
I offer a neurodivergent-affirmative and LGBTQ+ inclusive space, ensuring therapy is responsive to the individual needs of each client. I also have a deep commitment to anti-racist practice and cultural awareness, recognising the impact of systemic inequality on the mental health of children and families from diverse backgrounds.
Whether working with children, young adults, parents, or families, I aim to create a therapeutic experience that fosters resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Many of my referrals come through word of mouth, a testament to the trust and connection I build with those I support.
